Mr. Becker, the owner of Becker Communities LLC and Becker Homes LLC, has been involved in numerous residential construction projects over the past 20 years, and owns several real estate companies in the United States and Canada. He specializes in the planning, development and construction of quality residential properties. Past projects include the meticulously developed loft project, Il Pallazzo, in Houston, Texas, and numerous single-family home projects in Arizona, including Colter Commons, La Villita, Rancho Mirage, Sun Air Estates, Brigata Estates and Villagio Estates. Over 400 additional multi-family units have been developed in New Mexico, Texas and Hawaii.
Current projects in Colorado include Sundance in Longmont, near the Jim Hamm Nature Preserve and Ute Creek Golf Course, Bison Ridge and Poudre Heights in Windsor, and our newest community, Dutch Creek Farm in Littleton. In Arizona, our current project is Legacy Ranch in Goodyear. In Winnipeg, Canada, several loft projects are in the works , where Larry is converting historic warehouses to modern, urban spaces that are revitalizing the downtown area.
